Auxiliary JTAG compliant I/O module (DIOS) can add further test access to your UUT

Extend your test capability by adding extra boundary-scan I/O pins to the peripheral connectors on your board. A simple low-cost CPLD or FPGA can be mounted on a custom (or generic) board (unconfigured) and will offer many channels of test I/O, alternatively it may be possible to test two boards of the same type ‘back- to-back'. Daisy-chain the UUT TDO with the test board's TDI and connect control lines TCK, TMS and TRST in parallel for testers with just one TAP or use the two TAPs of the JT3705/USB to maintain a better level signal integrity.
