JTAG Live (2023.0.1.444) changelog:

Buzz
– New application type: Buzz —> WatchPlus.
Buzz has been enhanced with a WatchPlus option offering the monitoring of multiple pins simultaneously.
The state of the watched pins is reported as „Always-0“, „Always-1“ or „Toggling“.
– Constraints are now applied to both measure and buzz actions.

AutoBuzz
– An application ready check has been added before learning/comparing connections.

MIOS
– A new function “MIOS_StopChannel33Frequency()” has been added to the jftmios JFT library.

Script
– Full support has been added to the software for JTAG Technologies’ latest additions to their range of DIOS hardware, the JT 5111 DIOSPlus.
Of the available 64 I/O signals, 16 can be used as frequency measurement signals and one for generating frequencies.
One of these 16 signals can also measure pulse widths. Do the measurements with the hardware via functions in a dedicated script library.

– New functions have been added to set the byte order (default MSByte) first. The functions are SetByteMode and GetByteMode.

CoreCommander ARM Cortex
– A generic CoreCommander solution has been developed for accessing ARM Cortex cores.
Supported are any device with a single ARM Cortex core, multiple ARM Cortex cores of the same architecture or a mix of ARM Cortex core architectures (“A”, “R”, “M”).

New Documents Folder
– A subfolder called „documents“ has been added to the installation of JTAG Live.
This folder will contain PDF documents for software tools not covered by the Help (license tools, dedicated solutions etc.).

  • Changed the default voltage range for the MIOS from Bipolar to Unipolar. Note: this may effect MIOS applications which were created with previous releases of JTAG Live.

General:

  • Various smaller bug fixes / improvements.
